Eric Washington
Director
Eric Washington is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of extensive law enforcement experience, having served with the Connecticut Parole and Community Services. In his role as Executive Director of Built 4Success, Inc., a nonprofit organization he founded in 2021, Eric is dedicated to empowering individuals with opportunities for personal and professional growth, positioning him as a valuable asset to the Waterbury Black Business Network, Inc.
As a co-founder of LaMann Fitness, a personal training company established in 2010, Eric has cultivated expertise in health and wellness, enabling him to foster community engagement and promote healthier lifestyles. In 2022, he further expanded his vision by founding AllWalks Wellness and Fitness, focusing on group boot camp training and senior citizen wellness programs.
Eric's diverse background in law enforcement, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community service, allows him to contribute unique insights and strategies to the Waterbury Black Business Network, Inc. As a board member, he is dedicated to enhancing business opportunities and advocating for the growth of the local Black business community.
